Shipping
XOE AND THE FOX offers a flat rate shipping cost of $8.95 for all Australian orders. We do not currently offer Express Shipping.
We offer flat rate International shipping to selected countries. Our rates are $20 AUD to USA and UK, and $15 to New Zealand. If you have a special request for an International Order outside of those regions, you can contact us through the contact page and we can give you a custom quote.
Shipping Times
XOE AND THE FOX aims to process all orders placed Monday to Friday before 5pm AEST on the same day, and the physical dispatch of these items takes place the next business day.
Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or Australian public holidays. Please note during busy ‘sale’ periods there may be a delay in dispatching your order due to an increase in order volumes.
Sendle is our preferred courier booking service. The delivery times below are based on estimated delivery times provided by Sendle and should be considered as a guide only.

Due to flight and travel restrictions as a result of the current pandemic, some items are taking longer than usual to arrive at their destination.
Delivery of your order
You will be notified of your tracking information when your order has been dispatched and be updated on your delivery status. If you require further status updates please follow the information and contact the shipping carrier provided in your correspondence.
All orders are delivered via Australia Post or a registered courier and once dispatched are strictly bound by the carrier's delivery terms and times. You can view Australia Post's terms here www.auspost.com.au.

What if my order hasn’t arrived in the estimated time?
Please note that our shipping guidelines are based on the estimated time of arrival from the dispatch date, not the date your order is placed. Delivery time guidelines are based on business days, which only includes Monday - Friday and excludes public holidays.
If you believe your order is outside the specified time range of delivery, and you are having your parcel delivered to a business address, please check the mailroom or reception for your parcel.
If your parcel is being delivered to a home address and you have advised delivery instructions, please check around your property (such as the meter box, carport, etc) for somewhere safe the delivery driver may have left your parcel. Please also check your confirmation email to confirm your delivery address was correct.
Can I change my address?
Change of address requests must be received within 15 minutes of placing your order by contacting us through the contacts page.
Please include your full name, order number and corrected shipping address in the body of the message.
Orders returned because of incomplete or incorrect address information will incur an additional postage fee of $5 to resend.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellation requests must be received within 15 minutes of placing the order. Cancellations made after this time cannot be processed, and as such are ineligible for a refund.
